Public-site and client-engagement vendors that may process personal data for Swift Boulder.
§ 01Overview
This page lists vendors that may process personal data for Swift Boulder's public site or client engagements.
A subprocessor is a third-party service provider that may process personal data for us or for a client engagement. The exact vendors used for a client project can vary by SOW, client stack, and hosting architecture.
§ 02Public site subprocessors
These providers may support the public Swift Boulder website and studio operations.

| Vercel or hosting provider of record | Website hosting and deployment | IP address, request metadata, diagnostic logs |
| Email provider of record | Email hosting and communication | Names, email addresses, message contents, metadata |
| Google Fonts | Font delivery if external font loading remains enabled | IP address and request metadata |
| Stripe or invoice/payment provider | Invoices and payments, if used | Billing contact, payment status, transaction records |
| Notion, Google Workspace, or project workspace provider | Internal notes and project documentation | Client contacts, project notes, limited business records |

§ 03Client-approved tools
Client projects may also involve the client's own platforms and vendors.
Client-approved tools may include CMS platforms, hosting providers, analytics tools, Google Search Console, Google Business Profile, rank tracking tools, email platforms, ad platforms, CRMs, and other systems selected by the client or listed in the SOW.
§ 04Changes to subprocessors
We update this page when material public-site subprocessors change.
We may add, replace, or remove subprocessors as our services evolve. For client engagements with subprocessor notice requirements, the applicable MSA, SOW, or DPA controls notice and objection rights.
